On May 31st, the Oncofertility Consortium will participate in the Lurie Cancer Center’s 22nd Annual Cancer Survivors’ Celebration Walk & 5K in Chicago, Illinois. Our goals are to celebrate those who have survived, to inspire those recently diagnosed and to promote cancer awareness in our community.
All money raised through the Oncofertility Consortium team will support the ground breaking research done within our lab at Northwestern University as well as facilitate initiatives across our National Physicians Cooperative and Global Partnerships. These funds will help us continue to investigate ways to mitigate the effects of any disease or treatment on ovarian and testicular function and develop physician-guided tools that will allow for communication and translation between basic research and clinical practice.
