Patient Navigator, Oncofertility Consortium

Kristin is the Fertility Preservation Patient Navigator at Northwestern.  She walks patients and providers through the fertility preservation process, explaining the options for each case. Kristin also works with the oncology teams to integrate fertility preservation into each treatment and provides insurance and financial guidance to patients and their families.
