Postdoctoral Fellow

Daniel Bernard earned his PhD at Johns Hopkins University and then conduced his postdoctoral research in molecular endocrinology in the Woodruff Lab. He has been an Associate Professor at McGill University since 2006. 

 

Graduate Student
Miranda was a graduate student in the IGP program at Northwestern. She graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2005 with a BS in Genetics, Cell Biology, and Development. She is currently studying the role of metal ions during meiotic maturation in mouse Oocytes.

Joanna worked in the lab as a postdoctoral fellow from 2003-2007. She is now an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmacognosy at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Program Coordinator-Women’s Health Research Institute

Megan is a Program Coordinator for the Women’s Health Research Institute and Co-Director of the Women's Health Science Program.  She earned her B.A. from The College of William & Mary and is currently pursuing her M.S. in Higher Education Administration and Policy from Northwestern University.  Megan’s background in communications, education, and administration lends itself well to this role at Northwestern.  ...

Research Technician
Kuanwei joined the woodruff lab as a Master's student of the Master of Biotechnology Program in December 2013.  He is finishing his Master's study in June 2015, and he is currently working as a research technician under the UH3 project.  His work focuses on designing a low-cost, PDMS-based microphysiological system (MPS), as well as supporting any biological/non-biolotical tests on MPS systems.
