The Oncofertility Consortium is excited to announce a new opportunity for Illinois individuals and couples struggling with infertility and its associated costs. The Kevin J. Lederer Life Foundation is a 501c3 that will provide educational programs as well as financial assistance.
The Foundation is not tied to any specific fertility group and grants are awarded on the financial and need-based determination of the medical board. Grants can be used towards infertility treatment at any Illinois practice or towards the cost of adoption. The Life grant application is now open and applications must be received by July 30, 2015.
